摘要：晚期子宫内膜癌初次手术治疗难以切除干净，预后差。化疗是晚期子宫内膜癌主要治疗方式，新辅助化疗在晚期子宫内膜癌中的作用已引起重视。文章对新辅助化疗的疗效、方案、途径进行分析总结，为晚期子宫内膜癌合理治疗提供

依据。
